What about the PAY Plan?
Does the Pay Plan seem to be far? Do you seem to be fairly compensated for your efforts? For example, we will call this concept "Effort to Reward Ratio". Suppose you sold 2 different products, one you make $10 profits and the other you make $100 profits. It takes you 1 hour to sell either. Wouldn't you rather make $100 an hour as opposed to $10 an hour. Remember ... "Effort to Reward Ratio".

Does the company compensate you for telling others about the business opportunity? Does the company also pay you for your referrals' referrals through multiple levels? This is very critical if you want to leverage your time.

Does the Company Reputable?
Eventhough you may find a company that satisfies the above requirements, your business is no better off than the company offering you the opportunity. I have witness too many companies to number fall by the wayside. You really don't want to put forth a lot of effort and time into your business to see it pull from beneath you. Often time, this is due to poor management, lack of rep support, not paying reps, not having a vision for the future, being under capitalized and similar conditions
